Personal project
An AI bot for Lagos real estate agents. It replies to buyer enquiries instantly using only the agent's real listings, asks about budget, area and timeline, saves every lead to Google Sheets with a Hot/Warm/Cold score, emails the agent when a lead is Hot, and hands questions it can't answer to a human.

Challenge
Responding promptly to website leads requires a consistent follow-up process.
Solution
Built a Make.com workflow that captures website leads via a webhook, creates Airtable records marked “New”, sends acknowledgement emails through Gmail, and alerts sales in Slack. Leads still marked “New” receive a reminder after 24 hours.

Challenge
Incoming enquiries must be routed to the appropriate service team.
Solution
Built a Make.com workflow that takes Google Form responses into Airtable, notifies the team in Slack, and routes each enquiry to the relevant service email: SEO, Social Media, PPC/Ads, Web Design, or Other.

Recording student sign-ups and sending confirmation emails manually takes time.
Solution
Built an n8n workflow that captures form sign-ups, creates student records in Airtable, and sends confirmation emails through Gmail.

Challenge
Manual checks of remote job boards take time and can leave new listings unnoticed.
Solution
Built a scheduled n8n workflow that retrieves remote job listings, filters for matches, and appends new listings to Google Sheets while avoiding duplicates.

Challenge
Repeated technical questions take time away from other work.
Solution
Built an n8n chatbot using an OpenAI model and conversation memory to answer questions while retaining the context of each chat.

Project 06
Challenge
Chasing late invoices by hand is slow and easy to forget, and awkward reminders can strain client relationships.
Solution
Built a scheduled n8n workflow that runs every morning, reads an invoice sheet, and finds unpaid invoices that are overdue. It picks a reminder stage at 3, 7, or 14 days, uses Google Gemini to write the email in a matching tone (friendly, firm but polite, final notice), and sends it through Gmail. Each reminder is recorded in the sheet so nobody is emailed twice. A separate error-alert workflow emails me if a run fails.

Tested with sample invoices: overdue invoices received the right reminder, a paid invoice was skipped, and a second run sent nothing.
Project 07
Challenge
Checking several job sites every day took hours.
Solution
Built two scheduled n8n workflows that find fresh AI automation jobs in the UK, Germany, Australia, the Netherlands and Canada, filter out senior roles, keep only recent postings, remove duplicates, and send a Gmail alert with the apply link.
